Now the Club is up and running the weeks seem to fly by and I am back in the hall getting ready for tonight’s Show. Start time rolls round and time for me to bring on stage all the way from Wales CHRIS HARRIS who took us all down to the “City Of New Orleans” where we had to “Act Naturally” in front of “Mr Man In The Moon”, great start to the evening from CHRIS who then moved onto “If Love Was A Mountain” and “Don’t Rock The Jukebox” also “Don’t Close Your Eyes”. Also in this spot we all heard “Neon Moon” “Me And Bobby McGee” and it was “Tulsa Time” that closed the spot.

During the break I did the What’s on List then back came CHRIS for the second time tonight, “Much To Young” along with “Things I Carry Around” and “Stars On The Water” which got things on the right track. We all then had some “Poor Boy Blues” down in the “Young Mans Town” where we found a “Rose Of Paradise”. Chris kept things moving with “Should Have Asked Her Faster” along with “Whenever You Come Around” and it was “Sail My Vessel” that brought the spot to a close.

Raffle Draw was done in the break then for the Final time tonight time to bring back CHRIS who was “Past The Point Of Rescue” onto “Till I Gain Control Again” next was “I Believe In You” and along came a “Good Hearted Woman”. Also heard from CHRIS was “Silver Wings” “Feel Like Going Home” and a Brilliant version of “Little Rock” that closed the show I ask Chris to do one more and this was “This Is Where The Cowboy Rides Away”.

Another strange night at the Club but from Chris a Brilliant night with a lot of slow numbers and you could see that he had enjoyed what he did.

From the “GANG” thanks to all for your support and your help to clear the Hall and for sticking to the Very Strict Rules. For any information on the Club please ring Phil on 01732 666160, and please STAY SAFE.
