With the hall nearly ready with Flags, Tee Shirts, Wolf Throws and all the Tables decked out our artist for the night turned up and set up did a Sound Check and was ready with plenty of time to spare, so it was drinks all round. When start time rolled round time for me to introduce to all in the hall DONNA WYLDE and from her in the first spot we all heard “Please Help Me I’m Falling” then there were some “Silver Wings” along with a bit of “Triple Mix” DONNA moved onto “Don’t Come Crying To Me” then it was onto the old Joe South number “Games People Play” then we were all told to “Walk On By” and the final three numbers were “You Lied To Me” the Elvis number “Don’t Be Cruel” and the spot closed with 1.2.3.

During the break I did the “WHATS on LIST” for the local Clubs this done time to bring back DONNA for the second time tonight and it was “But I Do” along with “Pick Me Up On Your Way Down” and “Help Me Make It Through The Night” that got things on the right track. Donna then moved onto “Hill Billy Girl” then we all had a touch of the “Honky Tonk Blues” along with “Blue Eyes Crying In The Rain”, the tempo went up for “Cest Lav Vie” and the final number of the spot was “Feeling Kinda Lonely Tonight”

Time for the “GANG” to help me do the RAFFLE DRAW with this done time to have a chat to some of the people in the hall, then for the final time tonight I introduced to all in the hall DONNA and she brought along the “Good Hearted Woman” and moved onto “Dreaming My Dreams” the Waylon number on then to “Before The Next Teardrop Falls” on then to “The Best Part Of The Day Is The Night” along with “Blue Rose Is”. DONNA then moved on with “Love Me Tonight” along with “One Night At A Time” along with one not heard a lot “Jessico” and the show closed with “Just To See You Smile” it was clear that I would have to ask for one for the road and this was “Johnny B Goode”. For the first time at the Club DONNA put on a great night of LIVE COUNTRY MUSIC for all who turned up, from the “GANG” to all who keep supporting “YOUR CLUB” thank you all very much.
