As our Artist for tonight turned up just as I finished setting up the Hall and set up and ready to go, so start time rolled round and for the first time tonight I brought on stage STUBBY and away he went with “Close Up The Honky Tonks” along with “Ain’t Love A Lot Like That” then we were off to the “Streets Of Bakersfield” for some “Peaceful Easy Feeling”. Also Stubby included “Crying My Heart Out Over You” also “The Answer” a bit of Don Williams with “Your My Best Friend” and closed the spot with a couple of oldies “Carman” along with “Welcome To My World” the Jim Reeves number.

During the break I did the “WHATS on LIST” while CHRIS from the “GANG” went round selling Raffle Tickets, this done time for me to bring back STUBBY again and he started with “Wings On My Heels” then “Where The Corn Don’t Grow” onto “Is It Friday Yet” and moved onto “Two Horses”, also we all heard numbers like “Old Soldiers” and “Hello Mary Lou” on with “Tulsa Time” then it was “Sea Of Heartbreak” and again a Jim Reeves number “He’ll Have To Go” closed the spot.

In the break the “GANG” he me do the “RAFFLE DRAW” and time for a natter to some of the people in the hall, before bringing on stage for the final time STUBBY and it was “Elviria” along with “Louisiana Saturday Night” then “But I Do” onto “I Just Wanna Dance With You” and in the dancing mood on with “Just Wanna Dance The Night Away” then along came “Let Your Love Grow” and “I Just Want My Baby Back” on to “If Love Was A River” and the Glen Campbell number “Rhinestone Cowboy” closed the show, it was clear to see I would have to ask for one more and this was “Just Because”.
