The Dancing Dog closes
It is with much regret that we have been asked to announce that The Dancing Dog Saloon is to close, and cease trading with immediate effect.
Our hopes go to all those friends that are affected, and wish all the best for the future, whatever that brings.

Now the Covid Regulations are being removed, it makes the situation a little more confused. As Covid is still with us, last minute changes are still possible, with organisers, artistes, venues all having the chance of 'positive testing' we recommend checking with the organisers before travelling.
There may be restrictions on numbers, facemasks may be a requirement, dancing may be restricted, and due to the various restrictions, there may be price increases.
When we are advised of Cancellations, these are posted under "Whats On -- Cancelled Events"
We will do our best to keep our site up to date, but we can only publish the details that are passed to us by the organisers
We do have one small problem, in that our Facebook/Messenger conection seems rather un-reliable, so we ask that all communication is by e-mail/mail or phone.

This web site was set-up in 2007 to provide a central information point for anything connected with Country & Western Music in Kent (UK).
We aim to provide a service to the organisers of Country Music Clubs by making available details of their events, venues and contacts.

Yes, as in NO money!!!!
Many people are not convinced that we can provide this web site and the service to the Clubs for FREE.
The fact is we can and do. Since we started in September 2007 we have not asked anyone for any money for this web site, and we have no intention of asking for any.
Designing and building web sites is my 'Hobby' and Maggie loves taking photos, and we also like to listen to Country Music this web site is the result.
We do the work, but we need the support of the Club Organisers to let us have the details of their events, along with any other relevant news.
